RETURNS POLICY

WRONG ITEM, COLOR OR SIZE, OR DAMAGED

 

If you receive the wrong item, or if the item you receive is different from what you originally ordered, or if your items is damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. It is important that you contact us before returning your item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Before you call, please have your order number available. If you do not know your order number, please visit the Track Order page or My Account page and click on your Order Status/Tracking link to find the number in Your Order History. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the difference between the items you ordered and the item you received.

 

To return items purchased on-line, please follow these steps:

1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging (whenever possible.) Please include all paperwork (invoice).

2. All items must be returned unused and undamaged in good condition, with tags attached, to ensure credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
